Taken from the deeper swimming yellow fin, these warm water Ahi tuna steaks have a bright pinkish red color and a rich, full bodied flavor. If cooked at all, Ahi is best when served rare, seared quickly on both sides over high heat. These steaks are also great for grilled or served raw* in hand rolled sushi or as sashimi. Each steak weighs 4 oz, and is frozen and individually vacuum sealed. *Consuming raw or undercooked foods may increase your risk of foodborne illness.*
