Wild Coho Fillet

Coho salmon are lighter in color than a King salmon with a milder flavor. Caught in the icy waters of the Pacific, these salmon are delivered directly to our Ferndale facility by the local fishermen! Our Coho are hand filleted, vacuum packed, and flash frozen at 22 degrees below zero within hours of being harvested, preserving the natural fresh taste and omega-3 content. As Coho has a lower fat content and still high omega-3 oils, it is an ideal salmon for the dieter! Fillets weigh approximately 2 lbs.
